• Preparation of decision support statistics and materials from external databases in excel
• Direct support to the Sales Director and Key Account Managers
• Cooperation with Lindt's trading partners

• Act as the primary operational contact for existing customers, managing product lifecycle–related communication and inquiries
• Prepare and manage quotations for existing customers in line with company pricing guidelines, margin targets, and minimum order quantities

• Receipt / Download / Accept cases from Document Exchange Tool or electronically (or any other source)
• Translation of all relevant European Non-English information from source documents to English (if required) and updating relevant fields in Standard Adverse Event (AE) form

• ️Support the Sales Manager in hitting annual targets and keeping daily operations running smoothly
• Prepare and manage quotes, contracts, and orders – accurately and consistently.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers and resellers.
