• Act as the primary supply chain contact for the assigned country cluster (Italian-speaking markets), managing all stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end supply chain operations, including order management, forecasting accuracy, and inventory optimization.

• Leading and developing a team of logistics planners and specialists to ensure the successful planning and execution of daily operations at our customer’s two sites
• Optimizing the daily flow of goods and guaranteeing exception management to the satisfaction of our customers

• Manage and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations within the assigned region or partner group, ensuring OTIF and logistics cost targets are consistently achieved
• Coordinate supply and delivery execution, handle exceptions, and communicate production and delivery updates to stakeholders

• Coordinate supply and delivery execution, monitor order flow, resolve delays, and communicate production and delivery status to stakeholders

• Define and implement global commodity strategies aligned with ATO objectives.
• Analyze global market trends, cost drivers, and supply chain risks to identify opportunities.
• Ensure strategies are cascaded and adapted by regional commodity managers.

• Leading, supporting, and developing the procurement team (currently 2 direct reports)
• Overseeing and executing the company's direct and indirect procurement activities, including operational administration
