• Drive TCAD simulation, modeling, and design to support technology and product development

• Research and development of state-of-the-art numerical solvers for real-time simulation of power systems and power electronics
• Development of real-time simulation solvers for HIL / HPC platforms based on hybrid systems FPGA – CPU
