• Lead and manage client relationships for pharma and biotech accounts, ensuring satisfaction and longterm partnerships
• Serve as product owner or strategic advisor on key market access projects (AMNOG, EU HTA, pricing, reimbursement)

• Market & Revenue Development: Implement market entry strategies and acquire international patients (B2C) as well as strategic partners (B2B)
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research, evaluate opportunities, and assess regulatory and competitive landscapes

• Drive commercial success by collaborating with German sales teams and distribution partners.
• Spearhead the launch of new technologies and indications in the German market.
• Support the transition to a direct sales model and the commercialisation of UK operations in Germany.

• Multiple years of experience in field sales in a similar environment
• The fundamental ability to successfully lead a field sales team
• A first experience as a regional manager would be beneficial
• Excellent knowledge of our markets and products as well as our partners' sales products
