• Cooperates with relevant business and functional areas and Business Analysts to analyze business processes and requirements

• Entering incoming order confirmations from Eaton suppliers to ERP system (SAP)
• Document archiving / E-archiving

• Handle inbound technical support requests (Phone, Email, Web).

• Deliver reporting that matters – handle internal requests for reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Build with Power BI – design and maintain dashboards using data lake sources (SQL, Databricks).
• Translate needs into visuals – turn business requirements into clean, comprehensible reports.

• Develop and roll out standard HR controlling processes (headcount, budgeting, forecasting)
• Provide consolidated HR cost reporting and analysis for top management
• Prepare executive-level materials and dashboards supporting corporate decisions

• Participate in local, multi-site audits, following the instructions and guidance of the Lead Auditor (LA), Senior Auditor (SA), or Local IA Manager (LM)
• Actively contribute to all Internal Audit assignments
