• Daily operations tasks and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods based on the Import and Export Key Indicators
• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations on daily basis.
• Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively between all Parties.

• Lifecycle management of approved regulatory files
• Documentation support in registration and renewal procedures
• Preparation of ASMF/DMF/CEP according to project timelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating submissions to the Authorities

• Lead the forecasting process for both Bulk Oil and Margarine business segments.
• Prepare and analyze P&L reports and maintain the CTFC tracking report.
• Develop and present comprehensive marketing reports.
• Oversee the Structural Short report pertaining to the Oil business.

• Establish and embed best-in-class Category Management ways of working, ensuring consistency and scalability across Procurement 
• Define, implement, and continuously improve sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management standards 

• Keep in touch with our distributors daily
• Learn about our products to make sure you are always up-to-date
• Handle our partners’ orders – working together with our Logistics and Marketing team
• Daily administration of all sales, deliveries, and orders

• Managing retail partners and photo specialists
• Maintaining multi-level communication with assigned clients/partners
• Planning and achieving sales targets
• Planning the sales volume of the assigned product portfolio; negotiating promotions; monitoring, documenting, and analyzing performance

• Keep in touch with our distributors
• Learn about our products to make sure you are always up to date
• Full-cycle event management
• Visit events to answer customer questions about our products and company (Europe and beyond)
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities

• Implement and manage global research projects like e. g. customer satisfaction surveys, consumer usage & attitude surveys and testing of concepts
• Development of research designs and survey documents
• Brief and manage market research agencies

• High-throughput, on-DNA reaction validation
• Reaction optimization of on-DNA chemistry
• Library synthesis for DNA-encoded-libraries (DELs)
• Buffer preparations
• Reagent and comsumables ordering
• Document and communicate experimental results clearly, both within the team and in cross-site meetings

• Managing relationships with partners (by phone, email, and in person)
• Regular partner visits independently or jointly with the Channel Manager; providing on-site support as required
• Identifying and recruiting new partners
