• Support planning, forecasting, and reporting processes withing Group Upstream Finance organization.
• Understanding business needs and preparing meaningful analysis with a view of optimizing business’s profitability.

• Designing and developing data models, Power BI reports and dashboards as a member of the Process Improvement & Automation team.
• Creating, optimizing and maintaining Excel macros and VBA solutions.
• Integrating various data sources (SAP, NAV, APIs, databases, Excel/CSV inputs).

• Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Initiate in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring qualified and timely financial statement from local agency and complete reports/reconciliation internally.

• Support the development of airside capacity expansion plans, including runways, taxiways, aprons, de-icing facilities, and remote stands
• Contribute to airfield layout planning and geometric design in accordance with operational, safety, and regulatory requirements

• You ensure strong alignment between departments and sites, so that processes, priorities and ways of working remain coordinated.

• Ensure SLA targets are consistently met
• Support team members with ticket resolution, categorization, and prioritization
• Actively manage the floor, including call handling and ticket backlog management
• Provide first-level resolutions and ensure proper ticket escalation when required

• Design, develop, test features for S/4HANA Asset Management according and in compliance with SAP development guidelines, product standards and KPIs
