Performing tasks related to the position....

• Building a scalable, consistent, and compliant People function
• Establishing processes, systems, and structures to support sustainable growth across multiple regions
• Reviewing the current People & Culture setup and defining priorities to strengthen and scale the function

• Implementation of technical solutions based on engineering business partner requirements using Python and CIM Database Product Lifecycle Management System
• Work in GIT lab CI/CD environment with Pycharm and JetBrain AI
• Development of add-ons and interfaces to automate and optimize business processes

• Management of incoming case load and compliance to relevant service level agreements
• Maintenance of lifecycle process and governance for all employee events from hire to offboarding

• Facilitation, posting and clearing of all third party customer payments for the entities in scope
• Provision of accurate and up to date financial information to internal and external parties on a regular basis and in response to ad-hoc requests

• Contact person for compensation-related questions regarding tariff and AT+ structures in Germany
• Review of non-tariff promotions, mass uploads, shift allowances, and compensation-related changes
