• Document approved definitions and DQ rules

• Lead the Group’s MSM assurance framework, including risk focus, audit calendar, checklists, evidence standards, scoring, and reporting.

• Social media management:
•    Create and oversee yearly social media channel strategy on our most important brands such as MOHU, Fresh Corner and make sure those are all fit into the whole MOL Group brands framework in social media.

• Lead the Group’s Execution Control framework, including minimum controls, standard work, templates, and governance routines.
• Define and govern the SSC execution control role model, including norm discipline, progress tracking, and field productivity controls.

• Drive the Group’s maintenance services and spares strategy, balancing availability, cost, and capital across all entities.
• Establish and govern SRM frameworks with Procurement (rate cards, SLAs/KPIs, review cycles, compliance).

Drive the Group’s maintenance digitalization roadmap, identifying enhancement opportunities across mobility apps, portals, and SAP SM workflows....

• Manage the HR function both strategically and operationally, providing HR functional knowledge, and maximizing employee commitment, capability and performance
• Successfully lead the HR department to achieve excellence in all areas while acting as a strategic business partner

• Financial Reporting and analysis:
• Oversees, manages and develops all financial activities of the group of companies, including accounting, tax compliance, financial reporting with focus on improvements to period end closing process.

• Responsible for processing Margin Transfers between ECC6 entities
• Running intercompany reconciliation tool for all involved countries
• Analysing reconciliation results, following up unreconciled/aged items with the relevant finance teams
• Posting intercompany accounting journals for all assigned entities

• Plan, execute and follow up ATL media strategy for Borsodi portfolio in line with brand ambition;
• create and lead digital capability plan for marketing and the whole organization;
• generate brand & business building ideas and insights from campaign analytics;

• Perform monthly settlement of all active projects.
• Ensure revenue and cost are recognized according to internal accounting policies, US GAAP, and project milestones.
• Ensure accurate posting of project costs, accruals, and revenue adjustments.

• Manage the full lifecycle of invoices - from review and validation to payment
• Ensure accuracy of financial data, cost allocations, and records
• Perform account reconciliations, including vendor and ledger balances
• Support payment processes, cash allocation, and financial tracking
