• You will participate in internal trainings and learn all about VAT to provide a great client experience.
• You will analyze complex VAT data to prepare indirect tax reports for our multinational clients based on country-specific guidance.

• Provide top-quality support to our Italian-speaking customers via phone and email
• Manage service requests, schedule maintenance visits, and coordinate technician activities
