• Being responsible for either solving the issue or escalating to Level 2 support

• Bringing in new clients based from the new markets with the help of contacting them on a daily basis
• Responsible for commercial discussions & negotiations with business associates
• Looking after the registrations of new products/ re-registration of expired products

• Assist in the functional design, configuration, and testing of SAP PLM modules
• Collaborate with senior consultants to analyze client requirements and document business processes

• Apply tax laws and business scenarios to ensure accurate reporting.
