• Operate different type of tours (SER, ADH, SPE, MCE) across your destinations (CZ, SK, HU)
• Checking itineraries and services quoted by sales to ensure feasibility and making suggestions where necessary to maximize contribution to margin
• Control cost, profit optimization with renegotiation

• Operate tours across Hungary, Slovakia and Czechia.
• Tour planning including revenue control and efficient supplier choosing for series and single groups.
• Prepare series and ad-hoc tours itineraries according to sales requirements, destination specifics, budget and supplier conditions.

• Actively engage with senior corporate leaders across the Hungarian market to understand business, leadership, and organizational development needs.
• Conduct high-level needs assessments and diagnose organizational and talent challenges.

• Manage daily operations and ensure adherence to KPIs and schedules.
• Drive quality and customer satisfaction through effective floor management.
• Build strong relationships with internal support groups and external stakeholders.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and maintain morale.

• Supervise all operations related activities, ensure that resources are managed effectively and efficiently.
• Responsible to ensure all guidelines, processes, system, and SLA´s are strictly adhered to.

• Resolving IT issues of our clients, act as first point of contact for the customer (Level 1 IT support)
• Handling end-user calls and web queries via tools, phone and email
• Documentation and precise administration, logging of calls on the ticketing tool
