• Drive reservoir engineering studies and subsurface evaluations across assets
• Plan, coordinate and interpret well tests (PTA & RTA)
• Develop and maintain 3D dynamic reservoir models, including UGS systems
• Perform advanced reservoir analysis using:

• Managing day-to-day operations of Databricks data pipelines, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Maintaining Delta Lake data layers (bronze / silver / gold), ensuring data availability, consistency, and smooth pipeline execution

• Configure, customize, and maintain SAP MM with a strong focus on Purchasing processes
• Support and optimize end-to-end procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, source determination, quota arrangements, contract management, and scheduling agreements

• Drive and support standard costing and product costing processes across manufacturing sites in Russia, Poland, and Romania.
• Analyze product costs, COGS, cost variances, and manufacturing performance.

• Assess current Microsoft 365 tenant configuration, policies, and integrations.
• Evaluate existing device management and endpoint security practices.
• Identify gaps in governance, compliance, and automation.
• Engage stakeholders to determine user experience and service improvement needs.
