• Monitor and control project-related costs across multiple ongoing initiatives
• Provide accurate financial analysis, forecasts, and variance analysis for projects

• Drive reservoir engineering studies and subsurface evaluations across assets
• Plan, coordinate and interpret well tests (PTA & RTA)
• Develop and maintain 3D dynamic reservoir models, including UGS systems
• Perform advanced reservoir analysis using:

• Managing day-to-day operations of Databricks data pipelines, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Maintaining Delta Lake data layers (bronze / silver / gold), ensuring data availability, consistency, and smooth pipeline execution

• Drive and support standard costing and product costing processes across manufacturing sites in Russia, Poland, and Romania.
• Analyze product costs, COGS, cost variances, and manufacturing performance.

• Experience in flight or cabin crew operations is preferred. 
• Strong understanding of aviation training documentation, including AOC OM Part D, CCTO OM, ATO OM, and Group Training Service Agreements; 

• Assess current Microsoft 365 tenant configuration, policies, and integrations.
• Evaluate existing device management and endpoint security practices.
• Identify gaps in governance, compliance, and automation.
• Engage stakeholders to determine user experience and service improvement needs.

• Support and oversee the companies in the Group Ventures portfolio

• Leading the finance team
• Translating our international business into correct and transparent financial reporting and KPIs
• Drawing up and monitoring budgets, forecasts and cash planning
• Analysis of results and formulation of targeted recommendations to management
• Developing investment files

• Data processing, including invoices, bank statements, assets in FA ledger etc.
• Filing and placing in order invoices and other documents (e.g. letters, bank statements)
• Assisting the annual auditing process together with Chief Accountant;

• Convert purchase requisitions (PR) to purchase orders (PO) and obtain Global Category Manager (GCM) approval
• Process indirect requisitions ensuring use of preferred vendors and contract pricing
• Dispatch POs to vendors and update them as needed based on vendor changes or cancellations
