• Manage and maintain lease contracts and real estate objects in SAP RE-FX, ensuring proper IFRS 16 / IAS 17 classification and treatment
• Execute lease adjustments, terminations, and remeasurements in accordance with accounting standards

• Daily processing of GL/AP/AR transactions (with main focus on GL)

• Month-end closing for the chosen entity, reporting and verification of balance and turnover

• Create the Thompson Reuters (TR) templates and manage the annual creation of financial statements using TR
• Support the data gathering for US and statutory audits
• Prepare statistical reporting required on a quarterly and annual basis
• Support process improvement & other projects as requested

• Define and implement global commodity strategies aligned with ATO objectives.
• Analyze global market trends, cost drivers, and supply chain risks to identify opportunities.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with US GAAP and local GAAP.
• Conduct and review balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Support annual and statutory audits.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with regional finance teams.
