• Resolving IT issues of our clients, act as first point of contact for the customer (Level 1 IT support)
• Handling end-user calls and web queries via tools, phone and email
• Documentation and precise administration, logging of calls on the ticketing tool

• Provide IT support to ALDI colleagues in offices and logistics centers in the US, Australia, and Europe via phone and e-mail from our Budapest office and home office 
• Analyze and work towards the resolution of emerging IT errors related to software, hardware, and network systems. 

• Oversee, monitor, and supervise front office operations across four reception teams
• Coordinate the daily operational activities of multiple hotel units
• Manage reservations via email, telephone, and various online booking platforms

• Answering guest requests, questions, and concerns via telephone, email, chat, and mobile communication platforms
• Operating the hotel switchboard, directing calls to the appropriate department or extension
• Processing wake-up calls and guest messages accurately and in a timely manner

• Keep contact with contracted suppliers: request for quotations, answer their queries
• Place purchase orders in Oracle EBS system to suppliers, based on approved request
• Follow-up the delivery
• Communicate/contact suppliers via e-mail and phone

Leading sales from offer creation with our suppliers through to order execution, supported by an in-house sales coordinator, in the field of packaging materials (mainly food contact materials for thermoformers, tray sealers, and flow-pack machines)...

• Acting as the first point of contact (SPOC) for end-users, providing support for IT-related issues

• Supporting customers in the contracted languages (English and German)

• Manage a portfolio of concessionaires to support business performance and service quality, working closely with internal teams
• Handle and support lease contracts, including contract changes and amendments
