• Support and optimize big-data environments (Hadoop, SybaseIQ)
• Perform scripting and automation tasks (JavaScript, Python, Shell)
• Build BI reports and dashboards (Tableau or similar BI tools)
• Design and implement technical delivery solutions

• End‑to‑end order management, including among others processing, and follow‑up of customer orders, order acknowledgements, and deliveries in SAP.
• Full ownership of claim management
• Investigate customer complaints
• Escalation management
• Coordinate internally with Sales, logistics & quality
