• Implementation, commissioning and support the Airbus telecommunication products and software.

• Creating KPI reports based on system data monthly and quarterly
• Monitoring daily reports and reviewing data, alerting responsible people about results
• POD calculation review based on system data
• Self-checking reports between Huawei and external partners

• Responsible for the delivery KPIs in the given country, such as transport SLA, on time delivery, POD return etc.
• Planning and optimizing transport orders
• Delivery note sending & tender releasing to logistics service providers

• Implementing the JLR CRM strategy in the Hungarian market
• Creating and sending eDM campaigns and newsletters using CRM and LMS systems
• Maintaining communication with the service providers of the CRM and LMS systems (SalesForce, Pardot)

• Technical and functionally leading of employees within the global organization in accordance with Continental's "Leadership principles".
• Measure, report and control of objectives and target setting

• Development of 2+ agile teams to ensure proper implementation of Agile/Scrum Principles and the adoption of Scrum values
