• 3-5+ overall working experience with at least 2+ years of relevant work experience 
• Experience in analytics, commercial performance, finance, or business analysis roles. 
• Exposure to retail, FMCG, aviation, or consumer-facing industries is an advantage.  

• Responsible for receiving/downloading information from different channels and receiving voice calls for reporting safety information.
• Route information/safety reports to appropriate Department (e.g. medical information, quality assurance) as applicable.

• Take full ownership of demand forecasts and transform data into clear, actionable business insights.
• Lead local demand planning discussions in close partnership with Sales, Finance, and senior management.
