• Development of high-availability, high-prestige enterprise portals and applications
• Participation in system integration projects in both international and domestic markets
• Use of the following technology stack: Java 17+, Spring Boot, J2EE, SQL, Maven, REST, JSON

• Deliver a smooth, positive, and engaging onboarding experience for new employee
• Act as the main point of contact for both new hires and hiring managers
• Coordinate access, equipment, workstations, IT tools, and necessary permissions

• Guide and support at least one privacy analyst, encouraging collaboration and ensuring smooth daily operations across global processes.
• Manage privacy demand intake by triaging, categorising, and allocating requests to maintain visibility of workload and priorities.
