• Support of the billing/invoicing activities of 3 different countries and several legal entities
• Work within the team to ensure TGAP, guidelines, Key Financial Controls, other relevant policies and processes are correctly implemented in the country of responsibility

• Governance: Act as the primary liaison between the Hungarian entity and Global HQ.

• Meetings: Lead weekly PM and QA meetings, and conduct 1-to-1 HR sessions to ensure performance accountability.

• Reconcile all project related P&L and balance sheet accounts.

• Build, lead and further develop a team of 40+ AP professionals and team leaders
• Actively support the transition of AP processes from various European entities to Hungary
• Ensure smooth integration of AP process models into SAP ECC from different local ERP systems

• Lead and develop AP/AR teams, ensuring high performance, strong controls, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee all transactional finance processes, including invoicing, collections, supplier payments, cash allocation, and credit control.
