• Support staff team meeting operation

• Complex orders management in cooperation with AkzoNobel customers and internal departments.

• Lead and motivate a Customer Service team to meet service and operational targets.
• Oversee daily customer service and order management activities.
• Support team members with new systems and processes, identify issues, and provide guidance.

• Prepare payment proposal and payment files according to SOPs
• Ensure the Payments are executed on time as per the Bank Cut off time
• Coordinate any payment exceptions and promptly follow up with bank POC for resolutions
• Perform bank clearing and prepare payment forecasts

• Manage order entry, follow-up, invoicing, and returns
• Provide accurate stock and backorder updates
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, etc.)
