• Be the first point of contact (Level 1 support) for German-speaking end users
• Handle requests via phone, email and ticketing tools
• Solve typical IT issues (password resets, access, basic troubleshooting, guidance)
• Document cases accurately and log tickets with clear notes

• Service window: Monday to Friday 8 am - 6 am
• On site work once a week
• Provide exceptional support for our applications and associated services

• Review and verification of invoices for relevant documentation and approval before payment, formal and accounting verification of purchase invoices
• Independent and correct registration of purchase invoices in the books with the use of IT accounting systems

• Operate a standard GRIR process for the business daily
• Provides GRIR monthly reporting and clearing process for the business to control the aged GRIR balance as per the target

• Handle inbound technical support requests (Phone, Email, Web).
• Validates customer entitlements and approves exceptions for unentitled customers.
• Dispatch out-of-TSR scope technical issues to the appropriate support group. 

• Define and own the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives
• Drive continuous growth in new patient acquisition and retain existing patients
• Revise and manage the full marketing funnel (lead → appointment → treatment → upsell)
