• Independently and proactively collects & analyses data on all commercial fixed assets and prepare reports;

• Monitor system alarms, create and close work orders, and prepare routine monitoring reports.
• Maintain platform stability by checking hardware/software status and performing regular health checks.
• Execute software upgrades, patches, capacity expansions, and manage hardware spare parts.

• University degree, preferably in an analytical field.
• Minimum of 8 years of overall professional experience, including at least 5 years in Revenue Management or a closely related field, and a minimum of 2 years in team management roles within Revenue Management.

• Definition and analysis of internal customer needs to derive concrete product requirements
• Ongoing review and critical evaluation of the existing service portfolio in terms of relevance, efficiency, and user orientation
