• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems related to connected mobility devices.

• Support the OT Security BAU team in maintaining and updating documentation related to cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards within regulated manufacturing environments
• Ensure alignment and harmonization of cybersecurity procedures across global manufacturing sites.

• Act as a key contact point for clients and internal teams
• Handle incoming requests related to property maintenance and operations
• Keep important records and systems accurate and up to date
• Coordinate with different stakeholders (e.g. property managers, tenants, service providers)

• Manage order entry, follow-up, invoicing, and returns
• Provide accurate stock and backorder updates
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Log cases and calls with high-quality standards
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, etc.)
