• Supervise daily call center operations, ensuring all support cases are promptly addressed with less than 1% backlog.
• Rotate weekend shifts with other team members, acting as the manager on duty.

• Assist with HR processes from onboarding to offboarding
• Manage and update employee records and documents
• Maintain and update HR databases
• Handle and archive paper-based documentation

• Support the daily operation of IT systems, acting as the IT point for contact for internal and customer requests
• Manage business outage, contribute to root cause analysis recovery plan and related communications
