• Lead the daily operations of the supply chain team
• Own the flow of goods like a conductor: manage, monitor, escalate when needed.
• Define and track KPIs — and make sure the team delivers on them.
• Coordinate across departments (local teams, inbound, warehousing, etc.).

• Drive and manage various sourcing and contracting projects of low or medium complexity.
• Ensure that the business requirements are well-understood and properly covered in the sourcing process.
• Identify value levers and opportunities to maximise value for bp in the marketplace.

• Lead end-to-end strategic procurement activities for assigned material and service categories, ensuring optimal economic and technical outcomes.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute tender procedures and sourcing events in compliance with applicable regulations and internal procurement policies.

• Support indirect sourcing activities at global level
• Coordinate supplier selection, negotiations, and contract execution
• Work closely with category managers and business stakeholders
• Maintain procurement data and catalogues in sourcing tools
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and standards

• Accountable for ensuring delivery against the overall and individual Procurement Targets defined for the organisation and the assigned category
• Accountable for consolidating supplier, market, category and internal business data and information to form the Category Strategy and run sourcing activities
