• Professional management of the Global Account / Key Account Product Quality Engineers
• Responsible for qualitative products in the market and supporting customer quality expectations and requirements
• Responsible for quality escalations or customer dissatisfaction regarding quality progress

• Establish the project quality plan for each project phase, to meet the project requirements and expectations.
• Implement and manage quality management tools and activities.
• Provide quality input to strategies and procedures.

• Responsible for the implementation and scheduling of the necessary internal and external audits

• Responsible for receiving incoming green coffee samples
• Prepare and ensure timely dispatch of samples to our customers
