• Design, develop, and integrate advanced ATM systems, ensuring that all components work seamlessly to meet performance and safety standards
• Lead the specification process, defining clear, complete, and traceable system and operational requirements.

• Migrating QM/CMS Helix databases to JIRA and IDEAS
• Migrating to the new process tool, including supporting the process teams in rebuilding the process infrastructure
• Maintaining the CMS intranet pages in collaboration with the area experts and setting up the Local Corporate Manual
