• Register and manage orders in internal systems (SAP, Salesforce)
• Gather information from cross-functional teams and provide customers with accurate updates

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends in Hungary
• Respond to inquiries and requests from clients and assist with business consultations
• Facilitate B2B matchmakings between Korean and Hungarian businesses
• Support exhibitions, networking events, and related marketing activities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the full order-to-invoice cycle

• Gather information from cross-functional teams and provide customers with accurate updates

• Handles inquiries via email from customers and/or internal parties.
• Order management: order entry, price checking, order clearing compliant with Eaton's policies
• Complaint handling

• Record stock movements (goods issues, receipts, write‑offs, rebrands, etc.)
• Review and follow up on open items
• Support the month‑end closing process
• Reconcile assigned stock points monthly
• Participate in continuous improvement projects
