• Sourcing and Supplier Management:Identifying potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with existing suppliers in logistics field.
• Supplier Negotiation:Proficient in supplier negotiation techniques with a strong track record of success.

• Responsible for contributing to strategy (support strategy development and drive implementation) for assigned categories.
• Drive the sourcing process; prepare and execute RfX within defined boundaries, evaluate incoming offers, conduct negotiations with suppliers.

• Invoice Verification: Checking shipping invoices from freight forwarders against internal shipping data to ensure accuracy before payment.
• Dispute Management: Clarifying and resolving any price or quantity differences between the carriers and the company’s various shipping hubs.

• Identify, evaluate, and localize suppliers, primarily in Hungary and Europe, for metal, plastic, and electronic components
• Lead supplier sourcing activities end-to-end, including market research, supplier identification, RFQ process, evaluation, negotiation, and contracting

• Processing invoices of different suppliers: auditing, reconciliation, accounting
• Liaising with suppliers and handling problems
• Participation in monthly closing tasks, performance of reporting tasks
• Processing of outstanding items for payment days

• Full execution of tenders, price indexations, and RFX processes.
• Conducting market benchmarks and identifying alternative suppliers.
• Leading sourcing projects and managing multi round tender processes.
• Participating in logistics development projects (e.g., modernization of forklift fleets). 

• quality control of goods and maintaining quality documentation related to fresh products,
• preparing reports and ongoing quality control of deliveries,
• supervising control and measurement equipment,

• Lead the Sterility Assurance team of 9, manage their work performance, define workload priorities, organize and control their activities
