• Kenntnisse in der Führung mittelgrosser Teams (mind. 3 – 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung)
• Kundenorientiert, flexibel und sehr qualitätsbewusst

• Gewährleistung einer optimalen Raten- und Marktposition
• Erstellung von Forecasts, Logisbudgets sowie Entwicklung und Festlegung der jährlichen Preisstrategie in Absprache mit der Geschäftsführung
• Laufendes Yieldmanagement
• Regelmäßige Erstellung von Reports und Analysen

• Front Office & Gast: Durchführung von Late Check-ins und Early Check-outs, kompetente Betreuung der Gäste am Telefon sowie Erledigung von Spezialwünschen.
• Valet- & Gepäckservice: Parkieren der Gäste-Fahrzeuge in der Garage sowie Unterstützung beim Gepäckservice und Rooming.
