• Operational management of the company’s quality assurance system as the Qualified Person (Responsible Person).
• Supervision of quality assurance processes at partner companies and within the group’s sites.

• Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, embedding compliance frameworks and integrity into daily operations.
• Risk Monitoring & Assessment: Conduct risk assessments for VGSL and monitor market-level risk management using data, reports, and insights.

• Manage cash, liquidity, and intercompany funding
• Oversee bank relationships, bank accounts, letters of credit, and bank guarantees while monitoring fees and compliance
• Lead foreign currency risk management, hedging programs, and interest rate risk strategies

• Participate in the pricing and valuation processes of financial instruments, especially mortgages, private placements, fixed income securities, and OTC derivatives
• Maintain and develop valuation models in line with market practices and regulatory requirements

• Lead and manage the pricing and underwriting team, overseeing new and renewal business.
• Develop and monitor controls to ensure portfolio profitability and risk exposures remain within acceptable limits.
