• Provide 2nd‑level technical support for CEE distributors via SSNW, Microsoft Teams, email, phone, and onsite visits when necessary.
• Deliver 1st‑ and 2nd‑level technical support for Hungarian dealers across all channels, including high‑volume phone support and frequent onsite diagnostics.

• Deliver AI-enabled end-user support in a remote-first model, ensuring high service quality and user satisfaction
• Increase productivity through AI-assisted resolution and proactive support
• Use automation, predictive insights and standardized playbooks to reduce onsite dependency

• Provide onsite or remote support for the installation and commissioning of overseas machinery.
• Handle overseas equipment quality issues and service requests promptly and effectively.
• Conduct inspections, routine checks, and maintenance on machinery for overseas customers.

• Ensure high availability and reliable operation of low-, medium-, and high-voltage electrical systems within the power plant
• Perform onsite fault diagnostics, troubleshooting, and immediate intervention in case of electrical failures or disturbances

• Acting as the first point of contact (SPOC) for end-users, providing support for IT-related issues
• Delivering technical assistance via email, chat, phone, and ITSM tools
• Supporting customers in the contracted languages (English and German)

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support (onsite and remote) for end users.
• Accept, analyze, and resolve internal service requests and fault reports using the ticketing system.
• Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, business applications, and peripherals.

• Lead departments and take care about research, request, proposal preparation and implementation (including onsite operation) and supervise other small departments
• Handle vendor contact including offer negotiation
• Execute project plan and periodical track and report on progress

• Review and assess customer project specifications
• Define and specify the electrical scope for complete pump units (motors, VFDs, PLCs, instrumentation)
• Prepare technical project documentation such as P&IDs, cause‑and‑effect diagrams, and logic diagrams
