• Collaboration in projects aimed at the introduction and development of products and manufacturing processes.

Provides inputs to drive the design of the technical solution/build appropriate solution based on customer requirements and site specific considerations. • Developing detailed work plan, supervising and controlling the entire project according to the approved plans
• Checking the site activities (site handover, progress, technical handover, etc.)

• Define and monitor the annual maintenance plan in collaboration with Plant Operations (inspections, interventions, operational checks).
• Oversee planning, scheduling, supervision, work close‑out, and the preparation of technical and economic reports.

• Define and implement maintenance strategies aligned with business goals and GMP regulations
• Lead and develop the maintenance team, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with quality standards
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and coordinate corrective actions

• Provide technical support in Hungary.
• Deliver training for distributors and installers on product usage.
• Report product faults, escalate major quality issues and work closely with HQ to improve product quality.
• Maintain technical documentation and daily work reports, following company policy.

• Take part of Flow Chart, FMEA, CP preparation
• Understand customer driven processes and distribute information for the wider team (warranty/specific q. req)
• Regular monitoring and communication of customer requirements issued on the customer portal
• Take part of internal audits

• Site management and coordination on Refining or Logistics projects
• On‑site supervision and inspection of contractors’ work.
• Ensuring and monitoring compliance with deadlines, budget, and quality requirements
• Participation in technical scope preparation and tendering procedure

• Develop new assembly lines/devices and take jointly responsible for handling other projects with Team Leader.
• Driving for process and equipment optimization to bring productivity for the plant and reduce investment of equipment’s.

• Provide onsite or remote support for the installation and commissioning of overseas machinery.
• Handle overseas equipment quality issues and service requests promptly and effectively.
• Conduct inspections, routine checks, and maintenance on machinery for overseas customers.
