• Managing the full lifecycle of purchase and sales orders
• Ensuring accurate and timely processing in internal systems
• Monitoring order status and proactively communicating updates
• Resolving order-related issues with internal teams and suppliers
• Acting as the main point of contact for customers in Hungary

• Act as first point of contact for customers
• Manage group mailbox ensuring that all orders are placed and all inquiries are dealt in a timely manner
• Raise tickets for customer data updates
• Process credit notes as required relating to price or delivery discrepancies
