• Oversee risk management processes and internal controls across all EMEA entities, ensuring compliance and early identification of financial and operational risks.
• Ensure statutory accounts, tax filings, and company secretarial obligations are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.

• Reconciliation of balance sheet and profit and loss accounts, preparation of reconciliations
• Accounting and management of accruals
• Posting of wages and accruals
• Fixed asset accounting
• Posting taxes based on instructions provided by the Taxation Department

• Processing invoices of different suppliers: auditing, reconciliation, accounting
• Liaising with suppliers and handling problems
• Participation in monthly closing tasks, performance of reporting tasks
• Processing of outstanding items for payment days

• Support the selection, testing, and validation of packaging materials
• Assist with in-house packaging material production, including tooling, raw material handling, and supplier coordination

• Managing the front-desk and reception areas, serving as the first point of contact for guests, clients, and employees
• Greeting clients in the office, preparing meeting rooms

• Lead, coach, and develop a 5-person international help desk team 
• Own daily operations, workload distribution, and ticket prioritization 
• Ensure SLA compliance, service quality, and continuous improvement 
• Act as a senior (L2/L3) escalation point for complex and critical incidents 

• Lead SIOP & MPS: Manage monthly SIOP and weekly MPS meetings to align production with plant objectives.
• Master Scheduling: Define and review end-item schedules to balance high delivery performance with optimal inventory levels.

• Provide IT support to ALDI colleagues in offices and logistics centers in the US, Australia, and Europe via phone and e-mail from our Budapest office and home office 
• Analyze and work towards the resolution of emerging IT errors related to software, hardware, and network systems.

• Ensuring adequate stock levels of finished products, raw materilals and packaging in the region
• Order management: PO creation, order confirmation, tracebility, price/quantity/invoice deviations
• Daily tracking of exception messages(pull in, push out , backorder), and in case of need start actions
