Talent Strategy: You support the development of the Talent Evolution Strategy - our new Talent Design concept - and contribute to shaping future talent initiatives across the organization (e.g., researching and benchmarking best-in-class approaches, steering and tracking KPIs)

Talent Processes: You help prepare the execution of our Talent Rollout, including processes around talent identification and development, such as diagnostics, talent pools, and programs

Content Creation: You assist with content planning and creation related to talent topics and strategic initiatives

Internal Communications: You contribute to internal communications activities, including writing and editing texts and blog posts, and preparing visuals for internal communication channels
Requirements
A convincing background
You have a passion for finding creative solutions that offer our customers real added value while building strong, trusting relationships.
You also recognize yourself in the following points:

Professional Qualifications: You are a registered student in Business Psychology or Work Organisation, Economics, Communication, Social Science or comparable studies

Professional Experience: You ideally have first practical experience e.g. through internships or working student activities in HR (talent), project and change management, management consulting
-
Specific Expertise: You are confidently handling common Microsoft Office 365 applications, especially PowerPoint; Content Management Systems skills are plus
-
What sets you apart: You work independently and structured, have the ability to work in a team and strong communications skills

Language Skills: You have very good knowledge of English (writing and speaking), German being useful but not a must
