About us & Global Mobility

Global Mobility is a key enabler of our international workforce, supporting employees and the business in all aspects of cross-border moves - from short-term assignments to permanent relocations. As our operations grow in complexity, so does the need for efficient, scalable, and user-friendly processes. To help us meet this challenge, we are looking for a Working Student to join our team and support us in driving process excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and processes in a dynamic global HR environment.

You will work closely with the Global Mobility team and support in identifying, optimizing, and standardizing internal processes. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in analysing and mapping existing HR Global Mobility processes
Identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, or improvement
Supporting the design and documentation of new or improved processes and templates
Collaborating with cross-functional HR teams to align process improvements
Creating process documentation, guides, and training materials for our internal Global Mobility Tool and our Global Mobility Policies
Additionally, you would assist us in daily tasks e.g. oversee inboxes, case management and other administrative tasks

Requirements

You are currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field
You have an analytical mindset and a strong interest in HR operations and process optimization
You are proactive and enjoy working in an international environment
You are fluent in English written and spoken, knowledge in German is a plus
You know Office365 - PowerPoint, Word, Teams and good Excel skills, including working with pivot tables, index match and advanced formulas
Basic HTML knowledge is a plus, as our internal tool interfaces use HTML-based templates
