Our Customer Success team is on a mission to scale independent hotels by empowering hoteliers to host their rates and maximize bookings on trivago through our innovative paid products. We collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to build lasting relationships with our Italian-speaking hotel partners and help them achieve measurable success.

As a Working Student in Customer Success, you'll be at the heart of our efforts to support Italian hoteliers in navigating our platform and products. You'll gain hands-on experience in customer relations, sales support, and data management while contributing directly to projects that drive meaningful impact. How you'll make an impact:

• Support customer satisfaction by assisting Italian-speaking hoteliers with our products and services
• Help maintain and update customer records in our CRM tool to ensure data accuracy
• Assist in preparing presentations, webinars, and materials to drive product adoption among hotel partners
• Contribute to outbound calling efforts to engage prospects and support customer retention initiatives
• Coordinate with team members on operational tasks such as document preparation and simple data reporting
• Research customer inquiries and provide support in resolving basic customer questions

What you'll need to thrive:

• Native-Level Italian language skills (written and spoken) and fluent in English
• Currently enrolled as a student at a German university with availability for 20 hours per week
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Organizational skills and attention to detail when managing tasks and data
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute ideas to team initiatives
• Basic proficiency with digital tools and willingness to learn CRM systems

Stand out with:

• Additional language skills (e.g., German, Spanish) are a plus
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality
• Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support tools
