Responsibilities

Are you well-versed in theory and now looking for practical experience in a dynamic company? Then use your talent and expertise to help us with the following tasks

Optimize processes: review and improve process descriptions and documentation.
Maintain documentation & Jira: manage docs, handle implementation tickets, create Jira reports to track progress.
Validate implementations: test and evaluate new implementations for quality.
Support projects: organize meetings/workshops and keep BSH Wiki and Jira up to date.
Collaborate globally: work with internal and external stakeholders internationally.

Requirements

Studying: pursuing a bachelor's or master's in business, economics, or computer science.
Agile mindset: basic knowledge of agile project management and process documentation notation; clear, concise communicator.
Passion for technology: natural affinity for tech and innovation.
Tech-savvy: proficient in MS Office; experience with Jira, Confluence Wiki, or Power BI is a plus.
