Responsibilities

Learning about external workforce management at Roche globally
Deploying solutions to support workforce strategies
Analyzing data related to the external workforce
Generating reports and insights
Preparing presentations
Driving data-driven recommendations for decision making
Contributing to the automation of analytics
Implementing innovative ideas to create efficiencies in data and insights

Requirements

Bachelor or Master studies in economics, business administration, HR management, STEM subjects or similar at a Hungarian university
Experience in HR, procurement and/or project management
Passion for conceptual and data-driven working
Detail-oriented analysis
Ability to address complex problems and develop effective solutions
Creative thinking
Expertise in Office or Google Suite, especially Excel or Google Sheets
Experience with SQL as a plus
Motivation to work independently in a collaborative and dynamic environment
Adaptability to different needs
High level of social competence
Efficient communication in English

Nice-to-have

Experience with SQL

What we offer

Part-time internship for 6 months
Workload of at least 30 hours per week
Possible work location in Budapest
