Our partner is a leading international customer service company, founded in Japan, with a presence in over 70 countries and they are providing support in more than 30 languages. We are looking for a fluent English and Portuguese speaking customer service representatives to join their dynamic team!

Verizon Portuguese Customer Service Representative

Task:

  • Manage incoming phone calls, email and cases
  • Assisting customers with billing and contract related requests
  • Educating customers and answering general questions about supported software - reach out to customers to schedule installation of orders, while coordinating with subcontractor technicians
  • Standardized troubleshooting of user reported issues with the supported software and hardware
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take extra mile to engage customers
  • Additional ad-hoc tasks and projects in alignment with business needs

    • Expectation:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience (ideally supporting technical products within SSC/Contact Centre)
  • B2 English language skills (both written and oral)
  • C1 Portuguese language skills (both written and oral)
