We are searching for a motivated colleague, who will make an impact and participate shaping the future of MOL Group’s Downstream Division, as a

Value Chain & Project Management Expert

within our New & Sustainable Businesses organization

Your main responsibilities will be:

Planning and implementing new, sustainable value chain development projects: ensuring the completeness of business cases justifying each project, defining project charter, scope and high-quality definition of requirements. Developing and implementing resource and project management plans
Establishing and managing project teams to achieve objectives while creating a working environment that allows everyone to perform to the best of their abilities. Providing strategic direction to project teams as well as handling day-to-day project execution and communications
Actively managing market development of the assigned areas
Acting as a primary contact for both internal and external stakeholders of the project. Regularly reporting to all relevant stakeholders and decision-making bodies
Managing project risks, ensuring that risk management and risk acceptance criteria are in place and defined risk response plans are elaborated and followed
Ensuring project documentation according to best practices, including that risks and lessons learned during the project are well documented to support the development of the Project Management culture within MOL Group
Contributing to idea generation initiatives as well as to technical and commercial analyses of new Sustainable Solutions project proposals

The ideal candidate:

Holds MSc in economics or engineering
Has experience with sustainable value chain(s), e.g. renewable energy/fuels, recycling, etc.
Has Project Management experience
Having M&A experience is an advantage
Has good understanding of sustainable value chains, market and regulatory
Has outstanding stakeholder management skills and customer oriented mindset
Has excellent verbal and written communication skill
Has at least 5 years’ experience in managing value chains and related development projects
Fluent in English in Hungarian
