Responsibilities
- As UI/UX Designer you will analyze complex requirements from a business and user perspective and create optimal user experience as well as appealing user interfaces that correspond to Compleo Charging Software’s new brand.
- You create customer journeys and wireframes to visualize operating logic and user guidance.
- You create design patterns to ensure a consistent UI/UX experience across the development teams.
- You design reusable and scalable components taking into account accessibility, usability, brand awareness, technical implementation options and system interfaces.
- As an expert in your field you have the autonomy to make critical design decisions and take ownership of your UI/UX style guide
- Based on current developments and user feedback you continuously optimize the UI/UX.
- You will work with international colleagues in the scaled agile software development program using SAFe methodology and Scrum. Your sparring partners are especially the product owners and frontend developers of development teams.

- Successfully completed studies in the field of UI/UX design or similar education
Work experiences – time/seniority/sector:
- 3+ years of professional experience with modern UI/UX design in the area of Web applications for B2B as well as apps for B2C users and you have successfully delivered high-quality UI/UX designs for complex web applications
Technical/ IT knowledge:
- Experience with common usability methodologies
- Strong knowledge of tools and technologies, such as Confluence, Figma and ideally also HTML and CSS
- Knowledge of frontend technologies such as Angular Material and D3
Language – with level
- Fluent English
Mobility requirements
- As per need – usually 2-4 weeks per year to Germany or similar
- You are enthusiastic over for pretty frontends and making complex functionalities intuitive to use.
- You have a passion for innovative problem-solving, finding creative and pragmatic solutions that balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals
- You have an agile mindset incl. strong communication skills and are proficient enough to question existing solutions and are able to identify and address design challenges
- Ideally, you have already some experience in the EV charging business.
