About us
We are looking for a Turkish‑speaking Service Desk Agent to join our international support team in Budapest. This is a full‑time (40 hours/week) position with a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving end user calls
- Provide first level resolutions
- Ticket creation/Categorization / Prioritization
- Ticket escalation to respective Support Group
- Incident resolution and recovery
- Ticket Closure.
- The employee is obligated to follow every directive received from the employer as long as that is within the reasonable boundaries of the position fulfilled
Your profile:
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and at least upper-intermediate English
- Have experience in customer support
- Have at least high school degree
- Open to work in shifts
