  • Receiving end user calls
  • Provide first level resolutions
  • Ticket creation/Categorization / Prioritization
  • Ticket escalation to respective Support Group
  • Incident resolution and recovery
  • Ticket Closure.
  • The employee is obligated to follow every directive received from the employer as long as that is within the reasonable boundaries of the position fulfilled
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and at least upper-intermediate English
  • Have experience in customer support
  • Have at least high school degree
  • 40 hours per week, support window from 5 am to 3:00 pm
