Responsibilities
Ensures the efficient execution and reaching growth targets of national and international road Full Load transport operations while meeting service quality standards, cost targets, and customer requirements. Serves as a central coordination point for operational processes between carriers, customers, and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and process integration.
Requirements
Accountable
- Execution and supervision of daily transport operations
- Ensuring service performance according to agreed KPIs (on-time delivery, damage rate, etc.)
- Monitoring shipments and initiating corrective actions in case of deviations
- Recording and maintaining all relevant operational data in IT systems
- Developing solid business relationships for internal and external partners to ensure growth
- Successfully works with cross border teams
Responsible
- Coordinating with carriers, drivers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth process flow
- Take orders from customers and ensure proper execution by running full charter trucks and building relationships with other carriers
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and incidents operationally
- Complies with legal and safety requirements in day-to-day operations
- Supporting the preparation of operational reports and analyses
- Positive “can do” attitude to ensure wins in tenders and bids or projects
- Clear communication focusing on positive outcome
- The position is operational in nature, with clear expected contribution to business growth as the result of operational activities
Consulted
- Working closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance for smooth order fulfillment
- Providing input for improving operational processes and IT systems
- Supporting continuous improvement, lean initiatives, and cost optimization projects
Nice-to-have
- Experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain operations required. Ideal candidates will have relationships with truckload carriers.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end logistics processes (especially full load transport)
- Proficiency in logistics systems (TMS, SAP) and MS Office
- Service-oriented, hands-on mindset with strong communication skills
- Fluency in English and Hungarian is required (spoken and written), Romanian and/or Polish is an advantage
