Project background and importance of the role:
As part of our global SAP Greenfield project "Phoenix", which aims to integrate different ERP systems worldwide into a unified S/4HANA system, the Training Manager plays a crucial role. The success of this project, which runs until January 2027, depends to a large extent on effective user training. The Training Manager's role is therefore to ensure that users are fully prepared for the new system, which will make a significant contribution to the overall success of the project. This role offers the unique opportunity to be involved in an international project and to have a lasting impact on the system changeover and process optimization in different countries through targeted training measures.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training strategies, plans and initiatives relevant to the Phoenix project and aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify specific training requirements within the organization.
- Design and develop training materials and programs, both online and face-to-face.
- Coordinate and deliver training, workshops and other learning events.
- Collaborate with different countries/departments to ensure effective communication and implementation of training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training activities and adjust strategies according to feedback and results.
- Actively participate in the SAP Greenfield project "Phoenix" to ensure that the training requirements of the project are met.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, human resources, adult education or a related field.
- Professional experience in training management, preferably in a technology-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English).
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SAP or experience in IT projects is an advantage.
