Responsibilities
We’re looking for someone with energy and enthusiasm to join our team. We need an individual with strong attention to detail to manage complex training programs and good people skills to build relationships with our clients.
Duties are:
Duties are:
- map out training plans and schedules, manage training programs for our corporate clients
- communicate professionally and effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels of the business
- use LMS database and other platforms to coordinate and track multiple training programs
- prepare training communications for existing participants and new enrolments
- work closely with our team of trainers and tutors
- create accurate and detailed training reports to clients
- streamline existing processes to deliver efficiencies
Requirements
- Bachelor level education
- minimum of 3 years professional experience – preferably in a relevant position
- B2 English communication skills (at least upper intermediate level)
- advanced computer user skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- detail-oriented approach to work
- comfort with fast-paced environment
Nice-to-have
- experience with learning management systems and web delivery tools
- availability for immediate start (May 2024)
What we offer
- opportunity to work in an English-speaking environment
- salary range 510,000 to 550,000 HUF per month for 40 hours per week (gross monthly salary)
- possibility to work from home 2 days out of 5 (after probation period)
- regular working hours (09.00 to 17.30)
